Da da! Dada da daaa da! Da da! Dada da daaa da! Da da!

I stopped watching wrestling (“It’s pronounced wrassling!”) as soon as I figured out that I wasn’t going to make it as Intercontinental Champion in the 7th grade. And while I haven’t been following the greatest form of sports entertainment since the good old days of the WWE Attitude Era, I have dropped in from time to time. Just to check up on it. But to be perfectly honest, nothing has really captured my attention except for the occasional boob slip or low blow.  

So, you’re just going to have to excuse my lateness to the Fandango-ing party. Because when something transcends what is normally confined to the four corners of the ring, it’s usually something very special. And video of 51 hot, young hopefuls trying out for the Houston Texans Cheerleading Squad doing a stupid dance usually qualifies itself as something special. 

After watching that video for the fifteenth time, you’re probably wondering just what in the hell is “Fandango-ing”? Which is perfectly normal.

In short, it has everything to do with the first WWE Raw taping taken place after Wrestlemania 29 and fairly new wrestling personality, Fandango, who comes out to this ridiculous theme song.

Which the audience at the Raw taping could not stop singing and dancing to. 

Because it was filmed in New Jersey (“Naturally.”).
